Shipping and order policy

NATIONAL ORDER

Except for exceptional periods without shipping costs or discounts, the shipping costs will be the following:

1- Minimum order:
We have no minimum order.

2- Free shipping costs from € 15 of order:
For orders of less than € 15, we apply the following shipping costs, depending on the destination of the packages:

  • Shipments to the Peninsula: € 3.30
  • Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 6.10
  • Shipments to the Canary Islands: € 7.00

3- Shipping ways:
Orders to Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, are sent through Correos, in the Standard Package mode. They are delivered to the recipient's address, the postman will make two delivery attempts and if the delivery cannot be made, the package will remain at the Post Office, at your disposal for 15 calendar days.

Correos notifies you with an email.
Orders to the Canary Islands are sent by registered postal mail.

4- Delivery times:
Orders sent to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands take 3 to 4 business days to reach their destination.
Orders sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla take about a week.

Important:
Orders are prepared the day after they are received, so the preparation time must be added to the delivery times.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays no orders are prepared.

5- Payment methods:
We accept payment by credit/debit card, Paypal and Google Pay.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1- Minimum order:
We have no minimum order.

2- Shipping costs:
€ 8.00

Destination countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Serbia, Slovenia.

3- Shipping method:
International orders are sent through the Post Office, in the International Certified Letter mode.

4- Delivery times:
7 to 10 business days.
